TIMERS JORC
Special timers designed for solenoid valves are used to automatically open or close the valve by electrically triggering the solenoid. All of our electronic solenoid valve timers feature LED indicators to indicate the valve status. Solenoid valve timers can be used to control solenoid valves according to a desired schedule.
They can be set to an ON/OFF period when the valve is either open or closed. Solenoid valve timers can be scheduled to run on a cycle when the valve is set to be ON or OFF according to preset time intervals.

TIMER DRAINS JORC
A timer drain discharges condensate from compressed air systems. The timer can be adjusted to discharge the condensate according to the specific needs of the compressed air system. The JORC range of timer drains is diverse and offers you drain solutions for pressures ranging from 0 to 500 bar. Multiple voltage options and valve material options are available.
Timer-controlled condensate drains incorporate a timer and drain valve used to discharge condensate from compressed air systems. The timer can be adjusted to discharge the condensate at programmable intervals. The valve is also set on how long it should remain open, depending on the specific needs of the compressed air system.
They are resistant to clogging when water, oil, and sediment are present in the condensate. Typically, timer drains are installed after separators, dryers, and filters, to collect and remove condensate from the compressed air system’s piping.

The TEC-44 JORC is a powerful timer controlled motorized ball valve, designed to remove condensate from deliquescent dryers, tanks, vessels and refrigerated dryers.
The TEC-44 JORC is designed to remove heavy contaminated condensate up to pressure ratings of 40 bar. This condensate drain can not be blocked and is applied where all else fails. Draining applications with a high level of contamination (rust, scale etc.) require the TEC-44 JORC .
The TEC-44 JORC is impossible to block due to its powerful ball valve rotation and large orifice.

LEVEL SENSED DRAINS JORC
Level sensing drains are designed to remove condensation from compressed air systems without any unnecessary loss of costly compressed air.
Any compressed air system whether it is used in bottling, conveying, or vacuum packing, just to name a few, will accumulate condensate within its piping over time. This could lead to a depreciation of function, product, or the system itself. The condensate needs to be discharged from the system safely and efficiently. The aim of level sensing drains is to nullify air loss and remove contaminants present in the condensate during discharge. Unlike timer-based drains that open and close at specified time intervals, level sensing drains use internal sensors to determine condensate levels and choose the exact moment to discharge it. Levels of condensate fluctuate in compressed air systems due to ambient atmospheric conditions and variations in system load. Level sensing drains prove to be the more reliable choice providing maximum service life for the system and the drain valve.

Electronically operated zero air loss drain JORC
The KAPTIV-MD JORC is a zero air-loss drain designed for smaller compressed air applications.
The maximum compressor capacity of this drain is 10 m3/min (350 CFM) and typical draining applications include fridge dryers and filters – mainly due to its incredible compact size.

OIL-WATER SEPARATORS JORC

AIR-SAVER JORC
The AIR-SAVER is typically installed on the compressed air pipe after the receiver tank. It can be programmed to automatically open just prior to the start of a work shift and close just after the end of the work shift. ULTRASONIC AIR LEAK DETECTOR
1) The LOCATOR is an ultrasonic compressed air leak detector that detects leakages in compressed air systems at a distance up to approximately 12 m, covering a wide frequency spectrum of 20-100 kHz.
2) The LOCATOR – EV is an ultrasonic air leak detector that detects compressed air leaks in a frequency spectrum of 36 – 44 kHz. The ultrasonic waves can travel in air and are highly directional. This directional aspect allows the LOCATOR – EV to isolate the ultrasonic sound amongst other external factory sounds, which will prove very useful in preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, quality control and diagnostic data collection on any compressed air system.
